Buena Onda…loosely means good vibes….a good time…and this is a wine for both. A skin contact pinot gris pet nat made with fruit sourced from the sandy granitic foothills of Leanganook, just outside of Castlemaine. A fruitful, savoury and aromatic summer friend with a gentle citrus peel and spice character pushing this one towards amaro. Non-disgorged so texture builds with every sip.
